It has been a great year so far, and it looks like Ascend will be looking into even greater opportunities as the days pass and we inch closer to one of the three most important aviation shows in the world—the Singapore Airshow.

Having served as its Official IT Provider for the past years, Ascend is proud to announce that we will be extending our range of services and have been appointed both the Official Audio-Visual and Official IT Network Provider for the Singapore Airshow 2014!

Expect to see even more from us as we make our preparations for this spectacular event held from 11-16 February at Changi Exhibition Centre. We look forward to supplying our best AV & IT Network that will make the Airshow another unforgettable event.

Video Wall Displays, top trend at Singapore Airshow

Singapore Airshow has now wrapped up and promises to be back on February 2014. But before we finally close this chapter, we wouldn’t want to miss sharing you the big trends used by many of the exhibitors during the event.

We have seen the demand and popularity of Video Wall technologies. Although not surprising, it is great to see how exhibiting companies have swiftly utilized digital and interactive displays in getting guests and reaching out to their prospective clients.

Installed in different sizes and configurations, some of these large and striking displays were also transformed into an interactive presentation centre – just like what we did for JTC booth.

Here are some photos of video walls showcased at Singapore Airshow.

BrightSign Digital Signage deployed in Singapore Airshow’s Registration Area

A total of thirteen (13) BrightSign media players were used to deliver synchronised video, images and audio as well as networking for remote content updates and announcements to help facilitate registration process during the 4-day trade show at the Singapore Airshow.

Here, BrightSign media players were installed in a PC and delivered to project on individual units of 42” LCD monitor in all Registration counters.

BrightSign digital signage is another popular solution that we give to our clients as its controllers are compact with plug-and-play devices that can be swiftly and easily hidden behind the displays.
