In the Loop: APRCE 2011

As mentioned on our earlier post we have collaborated with Kingsmen at the recently concluded APRCE 2011 to showcase our capabilities in experiential retail solutions.

While Kingsmen presented its capabilities in the creative solutions through state-of-the-art interior designs, shop fit and new retail concepts, Ascend in the meanwhile introduced digital and multimedia technologies such as Digital Signage solutions and Multi-touch Table contents that retailers could adopt to gain a competitive advantage.

We offer a variety of multi-touch applications and contents  that could be applied in the retail sectors.

The Digital Signage content as well as the 1×5 seamless video wall displayed at Kingsmen stand attracted a lot of enquiries during the 3-day show.

Ascend supports launching of Audi A6

During Audi’s week-long launch of its latest baby – Audi A6, Ascend team in the meanwhile took charge on the technical side behind the stage ensuring a smooth presentation and program throughout sessions of Audi A6 test drive from 27 August to 4th September.

Held at the Art Science Museum at Marina Bay Sands, Ascend deployed two sets 3×3 seamless video wall on both sides of the raised area which was used to project and focus what was happening on the main stage. The highlight of the program is the use of Dataton Watchout projected on the center stage showcasing the vehicle’s key features in vibrant images and videos.

Guest of this event were treated to a dynamic backdrop using Dataton Watchout, projecting images and videos that showcase the vehicle’s key features. Also, the used of 10,000 ANSI Lumens projector on top added up to the visual satisfaction.

A real must have for most events these days is displaying a huge video walls.  The two set of 3×3 LCD video wall covered as a live feed of the latest happenings during the week-long launch.

Ascend’s 9×4 Video Wall Used in JCDecaux’s Campaign

If you have been to the infamous ChangiAirport– Terminal 3 recently, you would definitely have come across (and perhaps stopped for a moment to watch) at the two huge free-standing LCD wall displayed at the departure area.

You guessed it right! Team Ascend fabricated it.

Each 9×4 LCD video wall consists of 36 pieces of 46” LCD screens. This is currently being used by out-of-home advertising agency JC Decaux as one of their marketing tool in promoting their brands to the world.

Looking at this well-exposed finished product, we, at Ascend could say that a week-long and extended hour of installation period spent by our dedicated team of AV technicians was all worth it!
